Do those smoke scent sticks work?
#1
I remember an article about the ones you light like incense. Seems to me the smoke would really disperse the scent, but want to know how they work from those of you who have used them. Is it worth the money, and what is the name of them, where can you get them, etc.?

I tried them a couple times.. They do carry the scent A LONG WAY, my partner was over a hundred yards away downwind and could smell them. But I never seen a single deer while hunting with them. Maybe my timing, other factors or something else, but I won't use them again.

I've had a few deer come in when I was using them. Actually the best results was with a coyote coming in to within 10 yards when I had one going (doe estrus). I guess it's something to keep you busy on the stand.
