Do any of you Tennesse boys know how the elk reintroduction in the Smokey Mtn Park is going. The last I heard the Park was at ends with the N.C DNR over importing more elk because of CWD. Does anyone know whats going on now and are the elk doing well?

i have ben down a couple times on vacation and the elk seem to be doing fine, even seen a calf this summer, so it looks like they are there to stay.
