Default Shotgun/ammo question

Hello everyone. Great board! I am new to deer hunting and can hardly wait for my first adventure. I am going out with my uncle and his friends and they are going to put me on a good stand where they have shot a couple of deer each year. I am psyched. I have went out small game hunting and duck/pheasant earlier this year and I am gettng to be a pretty decent shot. My question:

I own a Remington 870 Wingmaster 12 gauge. It shoots 2 3/4 shells. I do not have a slug barrel for it and will not be able to afford one for this year. What kind of slugs can I shoot out of this gun? On the side of the barrel it says "Full". I assume that means choke. There are no places at the end of the barrel to screw in anything so I guess it is just a regular barrel. Any recommendations? I can go out and buy some slugs and target shoot, I just don't know where to start or what I should stay away from. What kind of "Off Target", "Away From Center" can I expect with a slug coming out of this barrel.
Any help with this would be great.Thank you very much in advance.

I would highly reccomend you contacting Remington and ask them if it is safe to shoot ANY slug out of that barrel. With it being a full choke, I would guess that you can't shoot any slug out of it. Connect them and ask them. Its better than taking a chance and killing yourself.

This is a warning from Mossberg!

Can I shoot slugs or buckshot through a "smoothbore" field barrel. Yes, and with Sabots or rifled slugs, the more 'open' the choke tube, the better the accuracy ("Improved Cylinder" recommended). The "Full" or "Modified" choke tubes are preferred for buckshot loads.

I shoot Brenneke Rottweils out of a mossberg, with a full choke birdie barrel, no problems at all, but if you try to shoot sabots out of it, you will be more likely to kill the deer with a slingshot than your slug.
