Orange Army - Bow hunter slang for gun hunters.
Flock Shooter - Someone who doesn't aim at a particular target. He just shoots amongst them.
Pea Shooter - A small caliber rifle
Cannon - A large caliber rifle
Bucket Mouth - A really big largemouth bass
Smallie - Smallmouth bass
Sewer Bass - Carp

Haven't read through all the terms...but did anyone list...
Ground Check - Shoot it 1st, identify it once it's down and on the ground (of course, I wouldn't recommend that)

Skybusters--- Someone who thinks they can hunt waterfowl but cant
Shooting at the ducks a mile high basically. Kinda like most the guys who duck hunt on TV.

Often times some of my hunting buddies and I will use these terms:
Skinhead - Doe
Pot Hunting - Hunting by sitting in a treestand
Pushing or Driving - Deer drive
On-Stand or On-Post - Going to hunt "standing", on the other end of the deer drive.

As for fishing, here are some terms that I've used:
Keeper - A fish that meets the regulations and you get to keep it
Throwback - A fish that does not meet the regulations and you have to "throw back"
Doormat - A big fluke
Hit - A bite while fishing
