Luckily gas prices won't affect my hunting. My hunting lease is 15 mins away. In addition I'm selling my gas hog Chevy P/U with 350 for hopefully a nice used S-10 with X cab.

The united states has cheaper gas prices than canada if you take the dollar and the gallon and all that stuff into perspective. Gas here is 1.06 canadian a litre.
but no it won't affect my hunting.

I am 60miles from the closest place I hunt, wouldn't hurt my feelings if the 'elcheapos' stay out of the woods this year!

Yeah yeah yeah.... My bad. (TYPO).... I would LOVE to see gas at $1.39 not $2.39!! My fault.... I typed too fast (see my post back on page 1). Oops... [:-]

P.S. Rebel Hog... My earliest recollection of gas was riding around in my mom's 1963 Ford Falcon and remember her complaining because the local Esso station went to $.38 cents a gallon.

Now ya'll done gone and got me to thinkin'. I built my camp 1 1/2 miles from the nearest road in a swamp. Everything is run by propane , kerosene, and 12 volt. It takes about ten gallons of gas to get there and back. Guess I'll just haul in another big propane tank and stay a week at a time. Sure hope good sour mash doesn't go up in proportion to gasoline and propane.

NEVER,NEVER,NEVER, it could cost $20.00 a gallon And I wouldn't let it stop me from going out, that's why I work to live and not live to work, money got to go somewhere, can't use it when your dead.
