I heard from my uncle that there is a ranch in texas that retirees of the Navy and their FAMILIES, keyword families
can hunt on. Is this true? My dad retired just this last year and it would be awesome to hunt in Texas.

It is called the Escondito Ranch and it is located about 90 miles from Kingsville, Tx. That is some pretty good hunting. I do not know of all the details. Heres a website that talks about it. It seems to me that you would have to be working on the Naval Air Base in Kingsville though.
