Default HELP!!! nusiance Deeer

The deer are getting in our garden and they have ate bout all of the strawberries, started on the peas. and was on the cabbage but they stopped that 4 a while. How do i get them out of there without having to kill them. I DO NOT WANT to kill them. (yet season is gettin closer)

bb gun. shot a doe in the rear a few years ago with four pumps. no harm, and never saw her again there.

i was going to say that but i wasn't sure what the reaction would be. you can use flat tipped pellets also. it'll gettem to move. it's pretty funny too.

I've heard that paintballs work well. But if you don't want to do that consider a scarecrow.

i've also read somewhere that you can hang pie plates around the area. it looks pretty gaudy but the movement and light supposedly scares them. but i'm not so sure that it would work.

i have a friend that puts a small radio out side and turns it on. not very loud but enough talk to keep things changed up and the deer stay out

You may want to try that plastic trail marker/police line ribbon.Friend of mine says it works very well.I'm trying it on a portion of a food plot and so far(2 months) it's kept them out.
