Fellow hunters,
Hello - I will be in the Jacskon WY area the first week of September, and was hoping to do either some grouse or Pronghorn hunting while out there. I won't be bringing any firearms with me, so if it's for grouse, I'd need to borrow a shotgun, and if it's for Pronghorn, I would bring a bow with me.
My question is - Would any of you know a good guide for a day hunt for either of these species, or would you yourselves be willing to guide me for a day?
Thanks, and as always any assistance is appreciated.

Call some of the outfitter's in Driggs or Victor, Idaho. They will be better able to help you than anyone I know. We live about an hour and a half west of Jackson. Give us a holler when you're there and we'll see if we can hook up for lunch or dinner or such.

There are alot of antelope to the south and east in the Pinedale area. Try a search with Pinedale and Outfitter as key words. There is alot of private land in that area, but some BLM as well. I don't hunt over in that country, so can't be of much more help.
