That would seem likely, but we have plenty of our own Liberal BS to go around. Read the Seattle Times sometime. It's amazing to see the amount of freedom people are willing to give up to become a "safer" society. And the safety issue by and large is a major misconception littered with statistical misinformation and manipulated figures. They tell you what you want to hear or what they want you to hear, even if it's a lie.

Hunt hard, live right, and tell your kids you love 'em!

Push for concealed carry laws in your states NOW. AZ did it before too many out of staters spoiled the voting pool. It lowers crime and gets more citizens of all ages thinking about THEIR rights vs the government. Our fire department tracks weapons found in cars at accident scenes and in the last four years it is 6 out of 10 with guns. Don't see a bunch of crazy shooting going on here. How many gun crimes are in California where only cops and criminals have the right to carry? Our cops teach the CCW classes and they up front tell you that YOU are 100% responsible for your defense and defending others and that there is no way the cops are going to be there when you need them. They also tell us that Scottsdale is not gun freindly because of the rich out of state weenies moving in and trying to make this place just like the one they left because they didn't like it.

It wasn't widely reported but if I remember right the Rebublicans were within 1 or 2 percentage point of giving Caif. to Bush a couple of years ago in the Presidential election.

I personally think that the tide has turned.

Most of those fleeing Calif. are those that can't afford it.
We moved back to the Sierras and things are pretty good...$150,000 for a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage on 1/2 acre is not TOO BAD in this state. In Santa Cruz you can't buy a 800 sq. Ft. Bungaloo (sp) on a tenth of an acre for less that $300,000.

I say let them run for the boarders!!!

They are not enough to really change the pollitics of anywhere they settle and it only helps us to be rid of them (to bring the state back into balance).

MJW-NO WAY!! You keep the belly crawlin' knee jerkers over there and let the protected mountain lions eat them for dinner. You just think they can't change the voting balance but you add them to the New Yorkers you bet they can. No offense to any hunters from Calif or NY but definitely send only NRA conservatives to AZ when you want to dump some population. Thanks and good hunting.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
