What happened CA? I thought you guys had a good thing going here. Are all your deer hunting seasons over yet? I thought there were some late hunts along the Oregon border - if so, the snow up there right now would make it interesting.

lol, well, yeah the season is over. Only saw a few bucks. No shots. Very hot weather. Classic california hunting

You're right CA deer hunting was typical for us. Lots of scouting, lots of other hunters, not a lot of deer. Had to go to midwest family farm for meat, since they are cornfed the meat will be better anyway. Now if only the CA ducks would decide to move a little further south. Its too bad about the loss of sport fishing for coastal rock fish etc. So much for fun ling cod and crab combo fishing. Again back to ducks. Hopefully all is well for the rest of you.

good evening to all, just cruising the net trying to get 03 elk hunt in line. hunted oregon last year seen some elk. does anybody have info thay would like to share about oregon elk.also can i get some steelhead fishing info for the trinity in the burnt ranch area.
