Yotes, elks, birds, bears, cougars, and once in a life time hunt (moose, mountain goats, etc.). I've heard of wild pigs, but haven't had the chance to go scouting. This is year round and you don't even need a license. You can find some more details in here:

Just about every North American game animal except caribou and Griz. We have Griz just their illegal to hunt and I have heard stories that there may be a few woodland type Caribou in this state?
We got three separate species of deer, three different types of turkey and two different species of Elk. SO there's alot to choose from just need to pick your poison

All true and the WDFW has rules making it illegal to hunt woodlad carribou, so you can probably bet they're here in the NE corner

Small game should be in the regs, rabbit, bobcat, grouse and all that. It's not a very big page and usually toward the front. I'd look up their web site wdfw.gov. And you should get what your looking for.
