Ok this is my first season hunting deer here. The only time I have ever hunted deer was 2 years ago in Michigan with shotguns. Me and a friend of mine wanted a good unit, that would offer a great chance at both of us bagging a deer. We are both kinda new to deer hunting (went once or twice) but have hunted varmints any chance we get. I was looking at 34a cause the numbers look favorable. Im not looking for anyone to give away there secret spots, just looking for input on if this unit is good for two deer newbs to bag deer. Any input would be appriciated. Thanks.

I always liked unit 23 near Colcord mountain. There used to be a logging road before colcord road that was great. I took turkey and always saw nice deer. BEATIFUL country! Good luck and if you find the road I am talking about there is a water tank about 6-miles in that you will be all alone!

Bagging a deer in AZ is never easy. What kind of deer are you after? Get a good pair of binos and boots.
