The regs are very clear that you cannot use hounds to hunt most big game. But what about rabbit, grouse, pheasent, etc? Please point me in the right direction, or paste a link that I can follow and answer my question.

Yes you can use dogs for those animals, we use beagles for rabbits. I dont use dogs for grouse but I think they just use regular bird dogs for them.
