Nice elk, I was looking and didn't see any tags on the bulls. They must still be public property. Now only if we could see them critters during bow season in that abundance. We have a herd hanging out just north of town, I don't think that they will be moving far as they are frozen into the resevior with a bunch of deer. Sad sight to see. Mother natures way of taking care of herself I guess. Still doesn't make it any easier to look at though. Keep them pictures coming. They are sure nice to look at.

I just had to throw this one in, I think I have before but I can't help it. I think it may have been taken, either by hunter or cougar, this season because it has'nt been seen with the herd in a while. I was Hoping to hear about someone getting it if they did to get the cape, I have a nice shed that a neighbor has the mate to that would be neat to sent to the taxidermist even if I had to share the mount
