Default Donating game meat in WYO

I am keen fly into WYO from AZ for a three day DIY antelope hunt. I have a slight dilemma as to what to do with the meat. Am I simply able to donate the meat or are there reg / restrictions in place?

I'm also not sure whether I might be able to take a pronghorn head back in my luggage?!

Anyone knows the regs regarding these before I start buying tags?

Thanks

Not sure on the meat donation thing for Wyoming, as each state is different, although I believe their website should help. Most heads are frozen on dry ice to keep from spoiling, and I don't believe airlines allow the dry ice for obvious reasons. I would look into FedEx or UPS, and ship it to yourself. Its not cheap, but nothing ever is right?
