Default Archery 68/681 in CO

Hi all! I am relatively new to bowhunting(about 3 years now) and am loving the experience! I initially started as just another excuse to get out in the woods and would take 1 day excursions on my day off as I don't know any other bowhunters. However, I would like to make more of a real trip this year, and actually camp/hunt for 3 or 4 days. The problem is I am in school full time and work close to full time, so finding time to scout a lot between now and September is probably not likely. I would also like to stay somewhat close to Colorado Springs and not drive up to the Northwest corner of the state. I have been doing some research and 68/681 look like my closest viable options. I don't mind doing some backpacking and working to get in off the roads. I have heard that Trickle Mnt. in the western part of 681 is good, and as far as map work goes the valleys up above Bonanza look good in 681. Any thoughts? I hunted 68 a few years back during rifle season , but don't remember much about it, even where we hunted. Any starting places to start google mapping there that anyone can recommend? I appreciate any/all help! Travis

Check out my trail cam pics. They are all within 45 minutes of Colorado Springs.
