In 2012 it took a minimum of 15 points for a non-resident to draw 61, except for the first rifle season which took 18.

You will not draw unit 61 for either bow or muzzleloader
with 15 points. Unit 76 with a bow is probably your best

RMA, I am not sure the Hybrid draw is considered for most people. Non Res Hybrid is still held by cap numbers. I do not know if the draw Hybrid at the same time. Meaning if they put them in the same pool. If they do put them in the same pool, then a Hybrid Non Res has a shot. If they do not put them in the same pool, then another Non Res drawing would be impossible as they would likely be at the Cap % for Non Res in this unit.
