I' m trying to plan my first elk hunt. I thought it would be in 2004, but it seems like there might be some tags available for 2003. Since I don' t eat horns and I want my best chance to bring home an elk, I' m thinking a late season cow hunt would be my best bet. I would prefer a guided trip, or at least a place where I could get some help. Any input or pointers would be GREAT! Thanks, Jim
