Regardless of where you plan to go be sure to check out the cut off dates for applications. Here in CO most of our BG applications have a cut-off date the first week in April. So plan ahead. If you want to hunt WY in a draw area for 2010 I believe you may have already missed that date.

Default antelope tags

Alot of areas in northeast Wyoming have lots of tags leftover after the draw every year that can be bought over the counter. Wyoming also discount youth tags. You could look it up on fish and game site.

Default pronghorn hunts

I have pronghorn and make it a point to help youngsters to hunt. There should still be area 16 licenses left over for pronghorn.

If you and your son want to contact me, I can throw together a reasonable semi-guided hunt, (I show you the pasture to hunt in, drop you off and let you hunt.)

If this might interest you, email me at [email protected] and we can talk.

If Montana is an option for you I can get you a DIY hunt on some really nice private property with a lot of antelope on it for $700 per hunter. You would have to put in for the draw but the draw success is very high.
