The nearest meat locker is probably at Kooskia or Elk City depending on which side you're entering from.

Access points would be Meadow Creek trail head/Indian Hill, Elk City area, Red River trail head, the Magruder Corridor road, Anderson Butte National Recreation trail (?) and many other lesser known trailheads.

Use the hunt planner at the IDFG website

http://fishgame.idaho.gov/ifwis/hunt...r/default.aspx

As for outfitters, I'm familiar with Silver Spur Outfitters in Dixie, Idaho

Also, Elk City Adventures. There are many out of Kooskia/Kamiah/Orofino area as well. Depends on individual outfitter territories.

Another possibility would be Bear Paw.

That's it off the top of my head.
