Wayne - Nothing for sparrows this year.
But among the different farmers we know, there'll be crops to help pull in the honkers. (We trade off hunt locations each year depending on what different guys are growing.) Got one field of about 30 acres that we only break even on each year. I'm tempted to put some corn in there. After you harvest some of the grain gets knocked on the ground and that really brings in the geese. Might also be good as it is now with alfalfa, if we put some pheasants in there. Good Hunting!, - - Rob

Hello, fairly new to the site, though I would help with the pages to boost Wa over the top!!!! Been hunting in WA for 4 years and killed two blacktail and one 5x5 elk. Been doing some waterfowling and up-land bird hunting on the west side also. Had a golden retriver flow in from Nebraska and he LOVEs to hunt. I have a questioon if any west side hunters in here, How many points does it usually take to get drawn in the Winston Creek area???? I will have 5 , but they only gave 15 permits this year. Thanks!
