When you planning on going?? There are a lot of deer in that area, get a map that shows state land and private, it's mainly colville national forest though. A topo map will do ya good also. Basically pick an area and go hunt it, there will be deer there

Well MrBarker you're in luck, I live in Ione. It's 77 miles north of spocompton so ya know. My buddy Patrick called and asked me for some advice on hunting this area because he had a friend that is trying to take a buck with his sons up here. I'll probably be taking them out during the late season, but I can give you some pointers... Tacoma creek through to the tiger highway has quite a few deer in it. I know there are some TOAD white tails hanging out down low on tacoma creek. Just need to find out what is private and what is public and you'll be golden!

Thanks for the info. I plan on going on the 10th. I have hunted along Tacoma Creek before. I will try again. You are right the lines between private and public is sometimes not posted very good. I have some maps but if you know where better maps are that would be a great help.
Thanks again
