Anyone out there huntin Maybell 2nd rifle, Opening Deer, 3 and 301?
My pard and I keep camp west of 19 just north of the private road, 4 miles north of town. We,ll be in camp starting the 18th, Let me know and stop by for a brew and maybe a hoot and holler!Jacks had the camp there for over 15yrs and I started huntin with him 9yrs. ago. Look forward to meeting some new folks.

You had a brush fire about 8-10 miles west of Maybell yesturday.......haven't heard anything new today.....probably contained.
