I just purchased 160 acres of land in Wyoming just east of Rawlins. Supposedly there are Deer, Bear, Elk, Mountain Lion, Game Birds, and 75% of the Antelope in North America. I am looking to lease the property to any land/animal management company that run guided hunts. I have been researching the various companies and they seem to average a lease around $150,000 a year. I am willing to lease my property for only $50,000 a year and you would have total freedom to do anything that you see fit.
