My best advice is to get the Block Management book from the Region 6 HQ in Glasgow. Their phone number is 406-228-3700. We have had a cool wet spring which usually means a poor hatch but then again there is more cover then usual.
Remember CRP doesn't not mean that land is accessible for hunting. Expect competition and don't expect to find uneducated birds but if you walk enough and work enough cover you will get into birds.

Williston, North Dakota would be alot closer then Regina. Billings, Montana would be about the same mileage as Regina without having to cross the border.
You can also fly Big Sky Airlines into Glasgow or Sidney but I don't think they will fly your dog.
