Anybody know anything about unit 50 in New Mexico? I just found out that I drew a early season archery bull tag(Sept 1 - 22nd). Iknownothing about this unit, other than where it's at.From what I can tell, it doesn't look like thebest habitat for elk.Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't hunted there before but a freind of my son and his father hunt in the 50, 51, 52 area and from what I gather they usually get what they are going after. I have driven through that area a few times and parts of it look like it should be good. I don't know how much public vs private land there is in that unit but it should be a good area.
