I would like to do an archery or muzzleloader elk hunt. Interested in guided or drop camp. I would like an area that has quality bulls. I like to stalk and call but I also like to sit wallows and waterholes. I do have several preference points for colorado but would consider other states. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you've got a bunch of pp's, then look into the N.W. corner of Colo. for big bulls. It does take a LOT of pp's to hunt up there, but that's where the most BIG bulls are. Several other units in CO. have quality bull elk. Unit 76 is one of them, only takes about 5 pp's to draw that unit!

i dont know how many prefence points but unit 10 in NW colorado is known for big bulls

I've got 9 or 10 points and I have been looking @ unit 10 & 2, but also need a guide an outfitter or somebody with knowledge of that area.
