Default Looking for an Outfitter in CO

Looking for a drop camp hunt on private land. Not looking for a 5000 dollar hunt. Just an average bull. Any Outfitters that offer this please let me know. Have been looking at Western Colorado Outfitters, there price is around 945.00 for a weeks hunt and 3 meals a day and a warm shower at night, that is a unguided hunt plus extra for license and meat shipping. Thanks for your time. Triple

You might want to give Dick Dodds a call. Elkhorn Outfitters, north of Craig. They have a lot of Elk, just no many 300+ Bulls.

Might also check with Mark LeValley @ North Rim Trophy Hunts out of Hotchkiss...970-872-3280. He usually has some drop camp hunts available.

Try thisoutfitter. Great family operation, went on a self-guided hunt last year and they were very nice, actually u can't get any better. Didn't get a elk , but could have if I was faster thinking...my fault- next time I will not think...just shoot!!!. They have an old long time referral group they work with and really don't advertise. Area 74 North of Durango, Co. I found them on the web cause they are into Mules.

The draw just took place on April 4. Checking to see how you were planing to hunt? OTC Archery or OTC bull rifle 2nd or 3rd season or hope for a left-over tag? Also does it have to be on private property? Thanks Jovan

Actually the deadline was on April 4th but the drawing does not take place until May 24th. I just did not want anyone misinformed.
