I am from Northern Vermont and our season does not start till the second week in OCT. I am getting rather restless and can't wait. Where are you guys from if you dont mind talling me.

From Wahpeton North Dakota. It's in the south east corner. Our season starts on the 25th of September. The boat and decoys are ready to go. The only thing left to do is to get my new gun (SBE II) and shoot some clay.

Well good luck to all!!!! I do not get to do much boat hinting as we mostly beat the bush for puddle ducks. We mostly shoot Mallards,Blacks, and woodies. In my area I know alot of farmers who have really nice beaver ponds that hold alot of beautiful mature Mallards and Woodies. Our limit here is 6 birds... 4mallard no more that 2 hens and 2 BONUS birds meaning woodies or teal.

South east part of SD. Our season opens next Sat the 25th. I have my decoys bagged and in the truck. My gun and I will be there at 400 am next Sat.
