heres a pic of a nice mixed bag me and the ol man got today. 4 mallard drakes ,4 hens, 2 blacks and a big ol canadian. there were THOUSANDS of birds flying today. the sky was black with geese, most of em landed about 70 yds out (too far).
we were using hevi-shot 6's and 4's for the first time and the birds were dropping like rocks! good ammo.
i also got a twofer---2 ducks one shot , and when they dropped about 5 feet apart they almost landed on my dad! it was pretty funny. all in all, it was a GREAT day!
