Does anyone know of any good public land for goose/duck hunting in Southeast Virgina? Thanks in advance

I’m from Idaho, but let me give you some advice. One of the best ways to hunt waterfowl is to go to peoples farmlands, and ask for permission to hunt there.

A lot of times people don’t like revealing or sharing their spots. Mainly because they don’t want other hunters taking a lot of the ducks or geese there.

just some friendly advice. Jared

Ok. I saw a flock of about 15-20 geese fly overhead while I was bowhunting for deer. Never waterfowl hunted in my life. Reason for asking is because I want to get into goose hunting but dont know where to go.
