Default 2 days until Duck and Goose!

Hello!

So, two days until duck and goose opens up where I live. I am excited. I wanted to show a picture from last season, where I shot a LARGE goose. I got the big one, My buddy shot the other two.

Last season I took 8 geese and 1 duck. Heres hoping I get more ducks and geese this season!

I will let you all know how opening day goes. 2 days.

That goose has some size to it. Very very nice.

Good luck

Share some pictures when you go out.

What do you shoot?

I shoot a Remington pump-action 12 gauge with a modified choke. It's a good gun.

now that I think about it, I need to get a plug in the gun today. Regulations say your gun can only be capable of holding three shots.
I will for sure get pictures tomorrow when I go out.

that big Goose in the picture, I cooked it for Thanksgiving. Goose is not that bad when you cook it right!Jared

When I post this, it is 7:40 PM where I'm at. Going to get a good night sleep, and then I'm going to go out duck and goose hunting tomorrow. Going to leave my house at 7:00 a.m. and then I am going to set up the decoys, then shooting hour starts at 7:57.

Will post pictures if I get anything.

Didn't take a goose, but I did hit one while it was flying. You could tell I hit it because feathers coming off. However, It kept on flying.

regardless, it was a good opening day.
