MY FOVRITE DUCK TO SHOOT ARE TEAL BECAUSE THERE SO FAST AND QUICK.BUT I ALSO LOVE NOTHING MORE THAN A BIG GREEN HEAD SETTING HIS WINGS AND COMING IN TO YOUR SPREAD

For the challenge I love bufflehead. As fast as teal but much more eradic. TO watch a nice big greenhead landing in the dekes.

We always pull the greenheads with two woodie drakes as bonus ducks.

My favorite bird to decoy is a fat bull sprig. There a way too many in this flyway to have only a 1 bird limit. They sure are a pretty bird!

I would have to say big northern mallards. They act so stupid, and when they set their wings and come down it makes an awesome noise. Almost like a jet, but not as loud.

hunting wood ducks in small ponds around forests with lots of fallen trees and such along the edge of the water....sneak up and look closely at every fallen tree in the water with your binocs.....spot them....send in the black lab to flush em out....BANG! got yerself a woody or 2....

here in south western ontario theres lots of wood ducks around in the ponds so i manage to usually get 1-3 each weekend.

BTW....they r the best lookin duck i think
