Sounds like the employees that are taking the time to post here should send through some pics of their setup out in the field.

Would be a pretty easy way to discredit the OP... sounds like (at the very least) the decoys were crap'ola if the OP is telling the truth.

So all you guys are going to believe a guy that comes on here with his first post that is against the operation and that hasn't been back since in 15 months, but will not believe anybody that comes on and supports the operation with their first post, LOL! Verrrrrrrry interesting and misguided thinking!!! The only time this stuff should even be discussed is when someone who has been on a website for a length of time and has established some credibility brings it up. There are always three sides to a story and they are the positive, the negative, and the middle ground that's never heard and is probably the closest to what actually happened!

How so?

I fail to see the difference between the two, and actually see a more solid motive for an outfit to come and defend their crappy operation than for someone to post a bad "review" for no reason.

Not to say that is what's happening here.

Of course, this is the internet... standard logic does not apply.

How so?

***How do you know he has a good reason when you don't know him? See my edited post above that may explain a little bit more than what you C/Pd while I was editing! I have seen this kind of crap come up too many times on many websites. There is no reason to trust one person over another if you don't know either of them now, is there? That's certainly what you're doing and many do when this kind of stuff comes up. If the OP comments are true, the only thing I can say is he didn't do his homework before committing and going on the hunt. Would you automatically go on a hunt based on a first post by someone that says everything is fantastic and you'd better get your money in fast to hold a spot for you? Now if someone like RR had come on with that story, then just maybe everyone should listen since he's been on this site since the Ark, LOL! End of story, as it could work either way with a first post!

Next time I'll ask if you're done with a post before I quote it, I didn't check the "who's online" to see if you were editing it or not. I will be more thorough in the future.

To get serial for a second though, the guys posting in defense have just as much (if not a little less) credibility than the OP. Do I really care in the end? No.

All I was saying was, if I worked out there and I took the time to register and post here defending the place, I would post pictures of our setups and what-not.

Their site really is low-quality and doesn't give a good representation of the outfit, but I know how much some guide services care about their websites... in my experience, they don't give a hoot really.

I don't think anyone will be swayed by this thread either way, the hunter should just do their damn research and the outfitter/guide should squash it right there if they take the time to post.

Then you won't have a bunch of forum junkies discussing it for months on end.

***LOL! I just said that so you could reread it and save myself from going back and typing it again!

***None of them have any credibility if you don't know them or who they are!

***That would be nice, but you're not them!

*** I didn't even give it the time of day to see if they even had a website when this kind of crap gest started!

I don't think anyone will be swayed by this thread either way, the hunter should just do their damn research and the outfitter/guide should squash it right there if they take the time to post.

***Correct, in that you should do plenty of research and then if you get screwed you may have a reason to go back at them. However, a first poster on a website IMHO doesn't mean squat either way!

Then you won't have a bunch of forum junkies discussing it for months on end.
