Does anyone know if there is a regulation for the distancea waterfowl hunterneeds to be from an Interstate? I thought that long ago is 300 yards but I can not find anything. Does anyone know?

I know in new jersey you can hunt right off of it as long as u don't shoot towards it and arnt touching the blacktop.

I know in Wisconsin you have to be 50 feet from the center line of a "roadway". I'm not sure if this would include an interstate or not. I would think you'd be required to be a little farther away than 50 feet.

In NC you just cant hunt from the right of way. That depends on what kind of road your on... 2 lane black top maybe only 10 feet off of the road.A highway would have a wider right of way...

in oregon its only 10 feet as long as you don't shoot across the highway

In CA its 100 feet, and dont shoot cars
