Default Constriction or wade delay choke?

Well,

What do you think is the best way to go? I have just purchaed a new 870 supermag and plan on using it for a long time. I want to use it for decoy and pass shooting for duck and goose. So I either spend more money to get a tight consistant pattern or do more work and find a choke that gives me a solid modified - improved modified pattern. What would you do?

For me, I would buy the Modified. You still have that tightness for the pass shooting and to get the shot out there, but you also have the tight/wide for shot for the decoying ducks.

Just my .02 cents

I haven't found a gun with factory chokes that will pattern better than a pattern master. They make several different models. I'm sure they have one that right for you. If you go to their website you can check out the different one. Not all are super tight full chokes. Best 100 bucks I ever spent.

Pattern Master is the way to go. They are not cheap but worth every penny
