Going tomorrow morning.
First time all year. I've killed ducks and geese every year since '74 and have not even gone this season.
The limits 5 and I believe we'll live up to that. I hope so.
good luck, capt brad

We had a great hunt!
Had a limit (mostly) by 10:30a. One guy had to leave early, so he only got 3, but me and my bud (Steve) stayed and had our limit of birds by about 10:30.
Beutiful day. Foggy, 1/4 mile visability, light drizzel, about 30 degrees.
We were having great luck getting singles, doubles, and triples into the rig, but had a hard time trying to get the bigger flocks in.
Had to rearrange the decoys as the wind kept changing, but finaly got it down right.
You could hear them a long time before you could see them.
Also found out to call only til we got their attention then shut up and let the decoys do the rest.
final tally: Steve-5 birds
Me-5 birds
Johnny-3 birds
Johnny could of killed more if he had stayed.
WE have 2 weeks left and plan to hit them again midweek.
Good Luck. Capt Brad.
