I had a really good weekend. only hunted sat. afternoon from 4-till shoot time. 7 ducks in under 20 shells. usually its 50 shells for 5. lol
yeah i got 6 Spooniesand 1 pintail.
this goes to team 8 for duck blaster because i forgot the password for it and dont have that email adress anymore so it wont work.

Has basically the same coloration as a mallard with a large "spoon" like beak. Lots of people don't eat 'em because they think they taste really bad. Kind of a vauge picture ...

Airsoft Dude,
spoonie is just the nickname most of us use for the Northern Shoveler. I don't care much for them as table fare, but IMO a full plumage shoveler drake is one of the most attractive birds on the water.
