I am new to duck hunting and would like to get as much info as I can for this season. I am in Southeast Pa and wondering the season for ducks/geese. Also is it a good idea to ask private farms or hunt public land? Any input or experiences would be great here guys!! Thanks a ton!

Find a buddy. Its a complex topic. Read around the site a bit. As to public vs private, most good duck hunts around me happen on public waterways. Laws make it tough though. Lots of good impoundments around, and swamps just off rivers. No one great single concentration of birds for the most part, just lots of passer bys. Just hunt the wind and don't over call, you'll be fine.
