Come June 1 and it's only 3 months till dove season, but we can kill ring necks anytime in Texas. I have a lot of chrony and pattern work to do this summer. First I have to talk the Amarillo City in putting up a pattern board at the city range. They always forget about shotgunners. Ned S the young 78 yr old.

Heck no I aint tired of summer yet. Still a few weeks till frog season and I still have to plant my dove field, if it dries out enough to bust up the ground.

Damn, I want to call something in and kill it! I'm working on getting my new decoys and getting my trailer and equipment just the way I want it.

I'm with you big jim. Is there a clay range near you. Granted it's not eactly like popping up out of an elminator with your bang stick barking away, but it's fun none the less.

I spent last weekend at my brothers place outside of Dawsonville, GA and kept thinking about fall whenever themallards on his pond took flight. The doves all over the place made me wish they were in season and I had my 20ga too.
