Default Making Goose Shells ?

Hello to all,and MerryChristmas, I have never posted before but I have a question? Have anybody ever made their own goose shells? I have been watching this site for sometime and am a goose and duck hunter from north east Ohio. Check this out and again Merry Christmas and have a Joyous New Year!http://www.ezdecoymaker.com/about_us.htm

Default RE: Making Goose Shells ?

I thought I had seen that before , so I ask a few freinds .

1 has gotten the info from the guy

As I understand it you use brown paper bags andtaxidermist glue for the bodies .
Not sure , but I think you make a silicone mould of your decoy

Talking to him .( he lives 400 miles away so I don't see him much)
It works pretty good to make dirt cheap decoy shells , like $.08 - $.20 each BEFORE you seal and paint them

But he was not happy with the floaters he made
He said he pitched them after trying several times , and never getting a floater he liked .

Hope this helps
If you buy the Information , as I understand it he just tells you how to do it and where to get the stuff you need

Post up a report on how it went
