Im from St. Marys county and hunt the west side of the county on the Wicomico River. Spotted a pretty good amount of mallards the past few weeks. More than ive seen than last year. Just waiting for Tuesday morning. We havent been Mallard hunting yet, waiting to shoot a "goose" with the duck hunt. Too tempting. One other thing that does bother me is who is makeing the laws about shooting geese. They let you shoot 4 mallards but one goose. Ive never seen so many. They are destroying many of the local farmers fields. Im just curious.

Big Daddy,
You need to quit your complaining and be a man. They make the laws for a reason and you need to stick to those laws. It's a lot colder this year and the geese are flying further South this year, that's why you're seeing so many more geese. What do you expect them to do, make up the daily limits the week before the season? That would go over well.
