Default Crock Pot Duck??

Well i'm currently going to school out in eastern, South Dakota. My buddies and I have been out shooting a few ducks the last few weeks. It's pretty hard to cook up anything in the dorms, but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I was thinking maybe just the duck breasts with some canned potatoes, some carrots, and a few cans of cream of mushroom soup, and just let it sit on low all day. We have a crock pot, but no recipes as of yet. or maybe even some type of chili or stew. I'll also be posting this in the cooking forum.

Using the crock pot is the only way I cook my ducks. I just put them in whole with carrots, potatoes and onions and let it sit all day. The meat just falls off the bones.

I like mine grilled with an electric grill like the george forman type grills. This should be pretty easy to do in the dorm but just remember don't over cook it because you are cooking both sides at the same time. My favorite is wood duck and I cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes. Well I guess the best way to put it is however you like your steak cooked then cook the duck breast the same. Medium rare for me.

Yes, about 8 hours, when the meat is falling off the bone then you know it is done.
