A frog is any member of a diverse and largely carnivorous group of short-bodied, tailless amphibians composing the order Anura. Frogs are widely distributed, ranging from the tropics to subarctic regions, but the greatest concentration of species diversity is in tropical rainforests.

Based on the research, there are many health benefits of frog meat. The frog of meat is usually used in many events. For years in restaurant of Tionghoa, the frog has been known as a kind of food which it is so delicious. They call this food as swie kee (swie: water, kee: chicken). They gave that name because its legs make people remember about drumsticks.

The frog can be used for the importance of feeding, but besides that, there are many health benefits of frog’s meat, such as: the source of animal proteins, cure the impotence of man, solve the heart defects and prevent Asthma.

This is an interesting way to catch frogs:

+ Dig a hole in the ground

+ Put some worms into this hole

+ Surround the hole with some small branches, remember to leave room for frogs to go in at the middle of the hole

+ Wait for frogs to jump into the hole

One strange way to cook frogs:

+ Find some bamboo shoots and skin them

+ Clean frogs and bamboo shoots

+ Stuff bamboo shoots into frogs

+ Bake frogs above charcoals

Just after 20 minutes, you will have a delicious frog dish.

Hope this helps!
