You could be sued as you are using the device for which it is not intended. I'd be careful. this video could be used against you.

Are you serious. I live in the uk and smoking rats is legal, most people use a chainsaw and that wasn't designed for smoking rats. I'm 100 percent sure its all above board as I'm not poisoning them.
I know of lots of people using similar methods.
