Moultrie D-40 Time Problem

I know this has already been discussed here but I wanted to add my two cents. I have had three 2007 model D-40 Moultrie 4.0 cameras now and they all lose time after each picture is taken. I have taken them back to Wal-Mart but every one I got did the same thing. I called and spoke to a cutomers service rep and was told that it was a software glitch and that they didn't have a fix for it. I asked about a refund and was told to go back the the retailer and that Moultrie was amanufature and did not give refunds. I asked about the one year warranty against factory defects but was told that even though their is a warranty they couldn't fix the camera and it wouldn't do any good to send it in. Becasue I don't have the original box Wal-Mart will only replace it with the same camera which are all defective. I asked the cutomer service rep what I needed to do about purchasing a factory defective camera that they can not fix and refuse to do a recall on and he told me to sell it on ebay and purchase the Moultrie I-40 or I-60 camera. What a great way for cutomers service to deal with a complaint. Sell a broken camera under my name and buy one of their more expensive cameras. What really sucks is I've been pleased with all my other Moultrie products. I just hope nothing goes wrong because they do not have quality cutomer service.
