Yep that fire was to close for comfort for me to[]- had to sleep with 1 eye opened for about 4 nites upstairs(down in the bunker you cant see or hear whats going on much outside)

Yep those 2 deer with the velvet where right after that fire- seemed to be lost skidish& standing in the middle of the road in the middle of the day- looking like there posing for a painting to that one shot above tho lol.



A few more from that fire out the back( but not taken by me these ones)

I did finely break down & did get a new moniter.

All my photos posted on this site where when i had my old (7 yrs old)cheap one till now - now i have a new cheap one& its much better. So i think many of my photos where edited to light in contrast& brightness etc because of it.

The old one effected my editing etc- it showed everything very dark- i couldnt even see some ppls pictures much at all with it.(it also didnt show much of the colors etc- like in these redneck birds i took in the summer- they just mostly looked black before- no neck color etc)

So now hopefully i can both view& edit my pictures a little better& less light in contrast etc

Nice photos Knightia, I am glad we do not have many fires in this area.
