12 guage or 20 guage?

ok guys i need your help, i know this has been discussed several times.. but i want your opinion... im going pheasant hunting tomorrow.. i can either use the 12 guage or 20 gauge or the 410 ... which one? plz i need a quick response.. cause im going tomorrow!

Bring the gun you shoot better. The idea is to shoot birds, right? I prefer a 20, but have a 12 I us for waterfowl. On upland I haven't seen any difference between a 12, and a 20, and for a long time I used a 28 for all my upland hunting. An ounce of shot holds the same number of pellets whatever the guage. Just put the pellets where they need to be and the birds will fall. Have fun.

TY guys, i got my first rooster of the year with the 12 HOOAH! we didn't take any pics, but i got one! im happy, but i also missed 2 other roosters though
im gonna try the 20, thats what i've used during the summer when shooting clay pigeons.. but ya..
