Obviously, this isn't the right time of the year to get them, but they start shipping in the spring. You should also check with your state to make sure you do everything right on this. You might need a game breeders license of some sort. I link you to this particular hatchery because I have always had good luck with them. Other hatcheries probably sell them as well, but this is the one I have dealt the most with. Good luck.

Check with the NY DEC they do a program that allows land onwers to soft release pheasant chicks that are a day old. The DEC also has a program that provides 6 to 7 week old pheasants for free to release. Here is a link to some info from their site :
