Pheasant hunting in Marsh Creek State Park in PA
Hi all,
I am a new pheasant hunter, and am located in South Eastern Pennsylvania. I understand that the Pennsylvania Game Commission stocks Marsh Creek State Park with pheasants. I have been to Marsh Creek once, but didn't see any areas that would be what I would think are good pheasant habitat. Is there anyone who is familiar with the park that can offer some insight as to where they stock the park and where in the park pheasant hunting is typically done? If so, please let me know...
Thanks!

I've hunted right across the street from the lake. I think it's near the spillway but it's been a few years now. They also stock pheasants in Evansburg State Park near Skippack, PA (Montgomery County).

Yeah, I misread the book before I posted the question. For this winter, we're trying to plan a day trip up towards the Poconos where they are in season. I should have posted a correction, but I figured the info about where to hunt in Marsh Creek would be helpful once the season opened next year. Thanks for pointing that our Buckshot.
